Bridging the Gender Gap

MSA's Technical Director Authors New Book

Dr. Terry Eguaoje, MSA Technical Director of Coaching; has written a new coaching book directed at bridging the gender gap that currently exist in sports leadership today. The book also seeks to provide sport administrators ways to attract and retain more females in leadership roles.
Terry interviewed several top female coaches to get their prospectives on several issues, including the societal perceptions that females can not coach male teams.
