The Regional Staff will make copies of the Blue Roster to be used as a game roster. A State Rep and Team Manager will meet with the center official prior to the start of the match and line out the players that will not be playing in the match. The players not playing are allowed to be on bench but must be in street clothes and cannot dress out. Non-dressed players are subject to the same Laws of the Game as the dressed out players.
