Team Bond Fee         $500.00

State League Fee     $250.00

Player fee is $50.00 per player, which includes the $35.00 registration fee and $15.00 for the player pass

Coach Passes are $15.00 each

Guest permits are $10.00 – list up to 6 players

Guest player pass request form $10.00

Permission to host friendlies     $20.00

Travel permits 15 days or more prior to event $20.00, less than 15 days  prior to event $35.00
