MSA Sanction I-10 League For Friendly Games |
1. MSA sanctions its Division I boys and girls teams playing in single age group boys U13 and up to play in the I-10 League
2. MSA recognizes the I-10 league as organized D-1 friendly games between USYS member organizations from Mississippi, Florida, Alabama and Louisiana.
3. Only USYS member organization rostered players are allowed to participate in the I-10 league. Guest players must be registered with a USYS member organization.
4. MSA Division 2 and Division 3 teams are not allowed to participate.
5. All incidents involving referee abuse and/or assault, MS referees and/or assigners and MS players will be under the authority of MSA.
6. MSA expects all cards to be recorded through the I-10 league and the I-10 league shall issue such report to MSA within 48 hours of the infraction.
7. All identified playing sites must be named on a certificate of Insurance.
8. Goal inspection reports should be provided by the supervisor of the game locations and/or the referee staff.
9. The I-10 contact person shall be indentified and on-site prior, during and after game times. This person shall be responsible for security, referee personal, field safety conditions and player identification. They are to monitor player passes to assure all players are rostered on USYS member organization approved roster. Guest players shall show their player pass and be recognized/noted on the paper roster as a guest USYS member organization player.
10. Referee fees are to handled entirely within the I-10 league. MSA is not responsible for any fees related to the I-10 league.
Any and all fees associated with fields, lights, concessions, goals, nets, including but not limited to property damages, rental, etc to be the responsibility of I-10 league.~.6.28.10
