U8 State Cup

U8 State Tournament Playing Format

Teams will be comprised of Division 3 players only and must have a pernament Division 3 roster
by March 1, 2013. Only Divison 3 rosters will be accepted. Teams may be single or dual age groups.

Teams that have guest players must bring a copy of the team roster that the guest players are rostered on when you check in your team. Guest players can only be from a team with-in your organization. Guest players can be from a younger age group BUT not from a older age group.  

 Non-Competitive Teams:

1.  Games will be played in 4 V 4 format without a goalkeeper.
2.  Maximum of three guest players from teams home club. A player can only play for one team in the 
    tournament.
3.  Maximum roster is 8.
4.  Teams will play maximum 3 games on Saturday, no advancement to Sunday, and all players will
    receive a participation award.

 Competitive Teams:

1.  Games will be played in 5 V 5 format with goalkeeper
2.  Maximum of four guest players from teams home club.  A player can only play for one team in
    the tournament.
3.  Maximum roster is 10.
4.  Teams will play bracket games for points to qualify for advancement to play off rounds on Sunday 
    for 1st and 2nd place awards.

 Coaches with a registered team can get their U10/U12 certification for free at the U8 State Cup!!
