MSA Elite Cup
2018 MSA Elite Cup Tournament
May 12-13, 2018
The MSA Elite Cup (formerly President's Cup) is a MSA Sponsored Championship Event. Any properly registered MSA Rec-Plus teams and/or MSA Competitive teams not competing in the MCSL may participate in this event. There will be Gold & Silver brackets for the 9U - 12U age divisions. The Tournament Director will place the registered teams in the appropriate brackets based on recommendations from the team's respective club directors or leaders. Also a review of points earned in Got Soccer tournaments may be utilized.
The 13U - older divisions will only have one level of competition.

Each Team MUST Have the following items for each player, coach, manager:

PARKING FEE - The host organization may charge a parking fee of $5.00 per car for the weekend. MSA does not receive any proceeds from parking fees.
The Elite Cup will be seeded by use of GotSoccer points. If any team does not have points they will be entered into the tournament via "blind draw". The blind draw method is the same as used at the Regional President's Cup.
9u-12u, 18u, 19-20u age divisions must have 4 teams registered in order to form a bracket at that age group. If 4 teams do not register, teams will be offered the opportunity to play up to the next age division. 9u - 12u will have Gold, Silver, and Bronze (if needed) divisions for this event.
Brackets will be filled on a first-paid registration basis. Teams will be wait listed until a sufficient # of teams have registered to create an additional bracket. All teams must have player passes. Any application from teams without passes will not be accepted.
BENCH PASSES -
Each team will be issued a maximum of 3 bench passes for rostered personnel only. There is no charge for the bench passes. MSA policy requires each adult on the sidelines to wear a bench pass during every tournament game while on the sideline - NO EXCEPTION. Passes MUST be worn around the neck in plain visibility of the game and tournament officials.
The MSA Office will have copies of the official final rosters you declared for this tournament. Please bring a copy of your final roster for comparison.

No one will be allowed on the sidelines without a proper bench pass.
