SEEDING NOTES
This years President's Cup will be seeded by use of GotSoccer points. If any team does not have enough points they will be entered into the tournament via "blind draw".
The blind draw method is the same as used at the Regional President's Cup.
SPECIAL NOTE - The local organization will impose a weekend parking pass fee as a fundraiser for their organization. MSA does not recieve any funds from parking.
Tournament Fees:
U9 - u12 Boys and Girls - $350
U13 - u19 Boys and Girls - $400
plus 3% handling charge
** u9-u12, u18, u19 age divisions must have 4 teams registered in order to form a bracket at that age group. If 4 teams do not register, teams will be offered the opportunity to play up to the next age division. u10 and u12 age/gender groups will each have a Gold and Silver Division.
BENCH PASSES - Each team will be issued a maximum of 3 bench passes for rostered personnel only. There is no charge for the bench passes. MSA policy requires each adult on the sidelines to wear a bench pass during every tournament game being coached. To order bench passes for your team click here .

Check-in Instructions:
The MSA Office will have copies of the official final rosters you declared for
President’s Cup. Please bring a copy of your final roster for comparison.
Documents Required
1. Medical Release
2. US Youth Player Passes (Must have one for coach and assistant coach)
3. Roster –Must be a State signed and approved roster.
No one will be allowed on the sidelines without a bench pass.
Coaches or managers of teams that have contacted me to be excused from
Check-In AND the Coaches Meeting have been requested to have
representatives from another team within their organization check-in for them
and also attend the Coaches Meeting and convey to them what is presented
at the Coaches Meeting.
If you will have a replacement for check-in, please confirm with Tom
Velek, Tournament Director at division2@mississippisoccer.org.
NO PASS - NO PLAY - NO EXCEPTION

Brackets will be filled on a first paid registration basis and wait listed until sufficient teams collected to create an additional bracket. All teams must have player passes, any application from teams without passes will not be accepted.
All u13 - u19 teams will play in the same division and will be seeded by GotSoccer points or random draw where no points are available. U10 and u12 teams will be divided into Gold and Silver divisions.
All President's Cup tournament teams are required to register their team in the GotSoccer Tournament Program. Complete all information including your actual Team Number as provided by your Clubs Registrar. Click the link below to get started!

The Presidents Cup Regionals are for Boys and Girls, U13-U17. Each State Association determines how to advance their teams to the Regional Competition.
