Team Managers Utilities    TEAM MANAGER LOGIN                       

This system is different from prior versions. As a team Manager, you will have the responsibility for setting up training sessions for you age and gender group. In this version, players must register for the event in advance, paying for the session using credit card or e-check. You have the following utilities available to you:

Add a new ODP Session
View/Edit an ODP Session
View Registrations for a Session
View/Print Report for a Session ( also see who hasnt signed up)
Register a player for a session (for walkups, should be discouraged)
View or Record Player ID/Jersey Numbers into System
Export Player ID/Jersey Numbers in Excel .csv format

Communication Utilites include:
Email players by age group
Email players registered for a Session

All managers have access to the full system, do not edit any information that is not for your specified age/gender group.

For all training sessions, the minimum charge should be $25.00

Program Managers Utilities     PROGRAM MANAGERS LOGIN

This system is different from prior versions. As a Program Manager, you will have the responsibility for setting up the major sessions, events or camps. In this version, players must register for the event in advance, paying for the session using credit card or e-check. You have the following utilities available to you:

Add/Edit Season ( you may toggle back and forth)
Select Which ODP Team/Information to Display on the Website...
(ie, you can display registered players, State Pool players, etc.) This utility should be updated throughout the selection process.

View Total Number of Registered Players
