Rec-Plus Program (Rules & Guidelines)
Rec-Plus is the MSA developmental competitive playing division for recreational Boys and Girls Under 9 through Under 19 teams. This program is also referred to as the Allstar division.
Player Registration $15 (includes pass)
Coach Pass $10 (includes Kidsafe & pass)

Player and Team Registrations
All registered Rec-Plus players and teams must meet the registration policy requirements which are outlined in the MSA policy manual.
All released players to Rec-Plus teams must meet the policy requirements for team release actions, with the following exceptions:
A Rec-Plus player may transfer to a Competitive team in their controlling organization if approved by that organization.
Any Recreational player who completed his/her obligations for the seasonal year and was not previously rostered to a Rec-Plus team may be added to a Rec-Plus roster by 12:00 Noon on the Tuesday, subject to any district/organizational transfer requirements, prior to the Elite Cup, and be allowed to participate in the Elite Cup irrespective of the 14 day rule for Rec-Plus players.
A member organization must meet all outlined release policies in the MSA policy manual.
MSA Passes: Each player , coach and manager must have a player pass for all games. These passes are obtained online at the MSA website in the player pass section.
The Elite Cup will be seeded by use of GotSoccer points and input from club Directors of Coaching. If any team does not have enough points they will be entered into the tournament via "blind draw".
