Registration: All qualified teams must be registered by April 5, 2009 to play in the North District Tournament. Tournament fees may be paid online by credit card or by check. Teams will not be accepted until payment is received.

Rosters: All coaches must be certified and on their teams’ roster. Be sure to check your roster when you register your team to ensure that all players and coaches are listed. Rosters, players and coaches, will be frozen April 2, 2009 at noon.

U10B/U10G - 4 teams per gender
U12B/U12G – 4 teams per gender
U14B/U14G – 4 teams per gender
U16B/G & U19B/G – 2 team per gender

*Advancement to the Kohls American Cup will be top 4 teams in U10-U12B/G and top 2 teams in U14B/G and up.
