Guest Players:  We will allow up to 3 guest players per team. Players must be recreation players registered in your league and appropriate age division.  Please note the guest player names on the roster that you turn in at registration.

Only rostered personnel may appear on the players sideline

U8 Division Playing Format

4 v 4 with NO goalkeeper, but FREE substitution

** Substitutions can only be made at a throw-in, or if a player gets injured

Organizational awards to be award on the following basis:

1. Overall Champion – Each team entered from each individual organization will be awarded points based on finishing positions. Age Group Champion (5 pts); Runner-Up (3 pts); Semi-Finalist (2 pts); Group participant 1 point. The organization with the highest total points will win the overall ‘Coaches Cup’. Out of state teams are not eligible for this award.
2. Overall ‘Let them Play’ Participation Award: The organization that enters the most number of teams (as a percentage of overall registration numbers) will win the ‘Coaches Participation Award’. A formula based on the distance teams needed to travel from their home organization to the tournament site will be used in helping to determine the winning organization. Out of state teams are not eligible for this award.
