Purpose - The state instructor mentorship program is established to expand the state instructor base and satisfy the ever-growing demand for highly qualified coaching instructors and modern coaching education.

Qualifications - The coaches entering this program needs the necessary qualifications, National Youth License and/or the USSF A & B license. (You must have the National Youth License in order to teach the State Level I, II, & III Courses, while the A & B will enable you to teach the E & D Licenses.)

The Technical Director will periodically evaluate coaches' performance, and instructor status will be granted or extra training will be given until the coach reaches the necessary standard. In order to maintain state instructor status coaches must attend state instructors training event when requested by the State Technical Director.

Compensation – State instructors will be compensated for their time, meals, and mileage when instructing any of the above courses or licenses. Compensation rates depend on coaching qualifications and course instructed.
