Annual Organizational Membership Fee - $150

Division II Player Registration - $25.00 per player Secondary $35.00 per player Primary

e-Travel Permits Division II and III $20.00 each

e-Travel Hosting Friendly Games Application: $20.00

Tournament Host Application equivalent to the highest Tournament Entry fee charged, Plus refundable Bond: $300.00 (2 separate checks)

Late Fee for Post Tournament Report not received within 30 days, Bond check cashed: $300.00

Division I League Bonds U11 – U13: $400.00 U14 and above: $500.00

Bonds will be held until after State Cup and Regional Play and will be used towards the Presidents Cup or State Cup Championships. Any Returned Bonds will be made payable to the parent organization unless otherwise instructed in writing at the time the bond is presented.
