MSA Accepts E-Check, MasterCard, Visa and American Express

Refund Policy:
It is the policy of MSA not to issue refunds for permits, permissions, rosters and player passes that are issued online through our e-Travel services. Refunds for registrations, clothing, manuals and other goods and services may be requested via e-mail at office@mississippisoccer.org. Such refunds are subject to any current applicable MSA policy found in the MSA Policy Manual. If you are unsure about a purchase, contact MSA at office@mississippisoccer.org before making any online credit card purchase.

International or Foreign Born Players

If the player can answer NO to the four questions on the International Clearance Waiver Form, use that form. After MSA approved form is submitted to USSF along with $10 made payable to USSF, player can immediately begin play.

If the player cannot answer NO to the four questions, then use International Clearance Request Form (ITC 3-03), there is no charge for the ITC.

USSF will contact MSA when the player is eligible to play in Mississippi, this is generally 30 days. The player may not compete until this clearance has been approved by USSF

    • International Player registration is also subject to MSA Policy 102, Section 3, Paragraph 3 which states: With the exception of U-19 teams, a non – USA resident player shall either:
      1. Be enrolled in a school in Mississippi or
      2. play in 50% of the spring season proceeding the MSA State Cup or
      3. receive special approval by a 2/3 vote of the MSA Council

Getting the Acrobat Reader:

2. After it has finished downloading (About 15 minutes), install Adobe Acrobat on your computer.
3. Click on the link to the form you need below. Allow 1-2 minutes for form to open.
4. Depending on your browser, the file may open automatically in Adobe Acrobat. If not, save the file to your hard drive and open it in Adobe Acrobat.
5. Print the form, fill-out completely and return to MYSA.
