Notes:

Grade 8 to 7: The assessment must be on a U17 game or higher.

Grade 7 to 6: 100 games as referee must be at U18 or higher. One assessment must be at

Adult Division 2 or higher. Other assessment must be at U17 competitive league or higher.

Assistant Referee assessment must be at U17 competitive league or higher.

Grade 6 to 5: 50 additional games as referee and 25 as assistant referee must be on Adult

Division 1 game or higher. All assessments must be at Adult Division 1 game or higher.

Upgrade request form must be submitted online. All requirements must be completed by

December 31 of the year in which the application for upgrade was submitted. Failure to do so

will require another application requesting entrance into the Referee Upgrade Program. The

State Referee Committee will review all upgrades for approval each January.
