The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.
MSA's goal is to introduce soccer to as many players in our great state as possible. We offer player development programs, coaching education, and referee certification for any size organization.
Any soccer organization may apply for membership with MSA. The annual Membership Fee to MSA is $100. This fee, along with the completed Organization Affiliation form, current By-Laws and Policies, and recreation team formation rules must be submitted to the MSA State Office for consideration by the MSA Council. Full Memberships and/or Associate Memberships to MSA are outlined in the MSA Bylaws.
