The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.

Governance

Any changes to MSA's Bylaws must take place during the annual MSA Business Meeting, and a 3/4 majority vote obtained. Proposals must be submitted by the deadline established by the MSA Council and published to the membership at the beginning of each seasonal year.

  • USSF Bylaws effective 5/01/2020 as approved by the USSF membership on 2/15/2020

The MSA Council has the authority to establish and/or change MSA Policy. The following must occur:

  • Policy proposals must be submitted to the Council for review 30 days prior to the next Council meeting.
  • A majority vote of the attending Officers and Directors must be obtained for proposal(s) to be approved.
