The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.

District Tournaments

To better serve our members, MSA has divided the State of Mississippi into four (4) districts: North, South, West, and Central. Each district has a District Director elected every two (2) years by their respective district member leaders:

North - Trey Phyfernorthdistrict@mssoccer.org

South -  Ed Goyette: southdistrict@mssoccer.org

West - Daniel Sumerall:  westdistrict@mssoccer.org

Central - Brian Lowry: centraldistrict@mssoccer.org

District Tournaments are held annually as part of the qualification process for the Recreational State Cup event. To qualify for the State event, teams must first compete at the district level. Champions & Finalists of each district tournament, must move forward to compete on the State level.  Any other teams wishing to compete at the State tournament event may register, and will be approved in groups of four (4) to ensure balanced brackets for the tournament.  Member organizations may send up to five (5) teams in each age division to the district tournament should they choose. Each member organization must provide a final seasonal ranking to their District Director for all teams entering.
