The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.
Lane Smith Scholarship Application
The Lane Smith Scholarship is awarded each season to a male and female recreational player. The player(s) must be in their entering into their Senior year of high school and may be a current or former MSA recreational player.
Lane Smith was a recreational coach for Jackson Futbol Club for 25+ years. Coaching youth soccer was a passion of Lane's and he spent countless hours on and off the field dedicating himself to the sport. Lane had many successes on the field with his teams but his greatest success was always seeing how the players grew and matured through the years. He and his wife, Ann, maintained lifelong relationships with many of the players. Lane passed away in 2014 after a long battle with cancer. To continue his legacy in offering these scholarships is an honor for MSA.
